A few months after finishing up the first chapter, I started pencilling page one of the next
chapter, but couldn't go any further once I had started taking classes again. Almost two years
later, I finally colored and lettered the page for the practice.
I enjoyed doing this page more than any in the first chapter because I really forced myself to
draw what I wasn't accustomed to; namely backgrounds and environment. It makes absolute sense
that practicing to draw things you've never drawn before can only help you grow as an artist.
